Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied
for any reason you may notify Covenant SoftWorks, LLC within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If necessary,
Covenant SoftWorks, LLC will cover the cost for shipping to replace software that was shipped incorrectly.
If there are any questions about refunds, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible
to make sure you are satisfied. Click our Contact Us link to the left if you should require a refund.

Shipping Policy
The normal
distribution channel for our software is through electronic download. If you would like to have a CD with
the software that you have purchased, we will gladly send that to you via US Postal Service First Class Postage
for a shipping and handling charge of $6.00.
